We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, the benefit to an enjoyable, relaxing experience. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time, therefore the treatment may not be as effective or as therapeutic for you. If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time you may lose your appointment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
To schedule an appointment, it will require a credit / debit card to be reserved on file.
Please notify the MedSpa office at 252-247-1619 at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failing to do so may result in charges for the entire treatment/ service. No Shows will be charged for the entire treatment / service.
